HERE FAMILY VARIABLES DETERMINE YOUR CAREER'S ARCHITECTURE

Why should I blame the world for my poor background? NO ways but current situations have taught me best lessons that family background shall always play a part in crafting one's future. Imagine my surname is Mohammed and i was born of a broken family of half Islander from the Indian Ocean/ Swazi and it is so unfortunate that i am living in a society which ensures that common bloodlines benefit heftily on scholarships, civil service placements, foreign attachment etc...

The current situation has seen some of the locals being exploited because of their rich experience at certain crafts and by the time they expect to receive accolades they are just overlooked ahead of those with those of colored bloodlines.

I am not even ashamed to explain that in our society these family variables influence the youth's future.: these variables include family structure (utalwa ngubani yemfokati), family tree educational history, parents past relationship with government, family structure. It of great importance that as we foster towards a new government in the Kingdom of Eswatini to offset the effects of the imbalance which is subjecting to the country's citizenry to grumble on the civil service operation and corruption.

I just wish one can openly disagree that in our society better -educated parents are more likely to consider the quality of government schools when selecting the neighbourhood in which they plan to live in. These are same 'highly educated' parents who would also be in the case of scrutinising the respective teachers credentials and always encourage the teachers to attend to their children's individual needs.
These parents from the surbubs always make time to read for their children whilst our children in the townships rather complain of wasting electricity units, or candle wasting when the children are studying. suburban enhance their children's development.

On the other side of the coin even family income in the Eswatini society has direct impact on our children's academic outcomes. I have had first hand experience from the township that our parents did not have time to check our homeworks, accompany us to open day sessions or being helped to plan for university or college. Working a lowly paying jobs, after work alcohol abuse cannot yield any family dinner gatherings. I am not saying that children from richer families are more successful than those from low income backgrounds.
We have measurable cases in the capital city where a majority of children who stayed in the then surbubs ' Eveni' which we once regarded as the area for the capital city's rich and famous t could not make it at to the mid management level wherever they were employed. Was this because they had enough and never took their jobs or education seriously? Were they not used to being servants in the workplace?

One reading here may argue that the independent effects of family education and family income as difficult.

Lastly i would like to raise the issue of having 'blue bloodied' children competing for jobs with children of unknown family backgrounds. This has definitely been the cause of under delivery of services especially in the civil service. ...let me live it at this end as i might touch the hornets nest on this one..

have a safe and lovely weekend
